So, here we are: Olive & Loom. Soul-made, simple, traditional, functional products. We started our journey in 2016 inspired by the wonderful Turkish Baths / Hamam rooted in the rich history of the Ottoman Empire. We worked directly with independent manufacturers to commission a Modern Peshtemal; a soul-made, hand-loomed towel in current styles and colors. We completed our New Hamam experience with rich Olive Oil soap bars that are natural, moisturizing and soothing, and infused with wonderful fragrances.

Flavored Balsamic Vinegar
Our no sugar added, barrel aged balsamic vinegars are delicious and versatile. They make the perfect salad dressing and can also be used in marinades and sauces, drizzled over desserts, used to make shrubs, jams and other culinary condiments. Your imagination is your only limit.
Our traditional balsamic vinegars are made from wine vinegar and grape must, which is cooked and concentrated and then aged until the flavor becomes sweet, dark and rich.
Our white balsamic vinegars are made through pressurized cooking, which prevents the caramelization of the flavor and color of the grape. The flavor becomes sweet and complex.

Our new Reserve Persian Lime Balsamic Vinegar was created by aging our white balsamic vinegar in oak barrels with a hint of lime flavor. Can use for dressings, marinades, dessert, mixed drinks. Pairs well with Jalapeno Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil and Hatch Olive Oil.
Pineapple
