Olive & Loom's mission is to bring you traditional, old world goods with a fresh, modern aesthetic. We focus on practical items made using artisanal methods and all natural sources.
So, here we are: Olive & Loom. Soul-made, simple, traditional, functional products. We started our journey in 2016 inspired by the wonderful Turkish Baths / Hamam rooted in the rich history of the Ottoman Empire. We worked directly with independent manufacturers to commission a Modern Peshtemal; a soul-made, hand-loomed towel in current styles and colors. We completed our New Hamam experience with rich Olive Oil soap bars that are natural, moisturizing and soothing, and infused with wonderful fragrances.

Orange Marmalade
The unique citrus fruits of Chios inspire this traditional marmalade. The citrus varieties were brought centuries ago to the island by the Venetians. This marmalade is handmade with a refreshing blend of Orange, Bitter Orange, and Grapefruit. Its balance of sweet and tart flavors take it beyond the typical orange marmalade you may have tried before. Importantly, there are no preservatives, additives, artificial flavors nor colorants. A versatile addition to your pantry, this marmalade works well at the breakfast table, on a cheeseboard, or as a topping to your favorite dessert.
We chose Citrus for the way they have exalted the rare variety of Chian Mandarin, a PGI product, and for the passion they bring to all of their exclusive small-batch products. We love that we can help the team bring the rich history of the Greek island of Chios into a more contemporary, dynamic present here in the States
HOW TO USE IT
We love this Triple Citrus Fruit Marmalade! Its sweet and tart flavors make it perfect for morning toast, croissants, waffles, oatmeal, and yogurt. Use it to fill layered cakes and spread on your PB&J! Its delicious with nut butters or tahini. Try it in our Greek jam-filled cookies and pasta flora tart, both recipes on our blog.
